Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Only customers who purchase one or more pairs of BATA school shoes during the campaign period are eligible to participate.
2. Participants must upload their drawing/artwork to the microsite using the QR code or visit link- www.batabd.com/color-your-dream
3. Upload artwork/drawing image below 1 MB in size
4. Participant must input the invoice number when uploading the drawing and with every invoice participant can participate only once.
5. Participants must be children aged between 6 to 16 years.
6. Artwork must be submitted within 5 days of purchasing the shoes.
7. Submissions must not contain inappropriate or offensive content. Any form of plagiarism, tracing, or copied work will result in disqualification. In such cases, Bata reserves the sole right to make the final decision.
8. Contest results will be announced within 7-8 days of the submission deadline. Winners must collect their prizes within the allocated time; otherwise, the selection may be considered void.
9. By participating, customers grant Bata the right to use their artwork, name, and images for promotional and publicity purposes without additional consent or compensation.
10. Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Limited reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel any part of the contest at any time without prior notice
