Bata Club Terms & Conditions
- Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Ltd. (“Bata Shoe” or “Bata Shoe Co.”) reserves the right to rename, modify, withdraw or amend the Bata Club Loyalty Program and its associated benefits at any time and without any notice.
- Bata Club Loyalty Program is only applicable for shopping done at our exclusive Bata Retail Stores or at online through www.batabd.com. It is not applicable on shopping done from any multi brand store or through other third-party websites. For clarity, Bata Retail Store shall mean and include all Bata Shoe Co. owned retail store and Selective Franchise stores.
- Bata Club Loyalty Program is applicable for the customers/members who are 18 years or above of age.
- Customers will be participating in the Bata Club Loyalty Program at their own responsibility.
- Unused points shall expire after the validity period is over and shall not be restored or revalidated under any circumstances. Bata Club points are awarded only for any purchases done at Bata Retail Store/www.batabd.com. Bata Club point is earned on spending any amount subject to maximum of 1% of the invoice value.
- Coupon provided by Bata Shoe to its exclusive Bata Club Loyalty Members can be redeemed within validity period from issuance, only at Bata Retail Stores/ www.batabd.com. The Coupon cannot be redeemed in cash or clubbed with any other scheme, offer or discount. Bata Shoe shall not be liable for any lost/misuse/deletion or destruction of such Coupon, under any circumstances.
- No request for re-issuance or revalidation of the lost, damaged or expired Coupon shall be entertained.
- Customer/ Member have to redeem Coupon in one transaction only, and part redemption of Coupon is not allowed/permitted.
- The Customer will have to voluntarily and out of own-free will and volition entered into this loyalty program and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this program.
- All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Bangladeshi Law.
- In case of any dispute, the Parties shall use their best efforts to settle amicably all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or its interpretation.”
- That the maximum liability of Bata Shoe Co. under this loyalty program under any circumstances shall be limited to BDT. 300/- or the value of point balance of any member at the time of dispute, whichever is lower.
- By becoming a Member of Bata Club, Member giving his/her specific consent to Bata Shoe Co. to process its mobile number and other personal details under law/regulations and unconditionally authorize Bata Shoe Co. to send transactional/information/promotional messages.
- Being a Member of Bata Club, you have accepted the terms and conditions, you gave your consent to all the policies of Bata Shoe Co. which, at present, are updated on the website of Bata Shoe Co. (www.Batabd.com) or which may be modified from time to time.
- Coupon redeemed once, cannot be reissued in any case, e.g. Online order/ Store purchase cancelled, return, refund
- For online delivery, only points will be rolled back to customer account, if cancelled.
- For NPS, customer will receive points after purchase (Retail store) / delivery (online purchase) survey response.
- For online orders, only logged in customer, will get Bata Club rewards.
- Bata Club members are free to unsubscribe themselves from receiving any promotional messages from Bata Shoe Co. on their registered mobile number or on emails. For unsubscribing, the member has to follow the following process:
- All promotional emailers sent an “Unsubscribe” link, Member can click on the link to unsubscribe from emailers. Alternatively, Member can also unsubscribe from Promotional Emailers by logging into “My Account” at batabd.com & changing his preference.
