Bata Bangladesh organized “2.0 Talented Step Up Program Course – 2012”
A five days intensive training on ‘2.0 TALENTED STEP UP PROGRAM COURSE’ has been conducted from 4th to 8th November, 2012 at HR Training Center in Bata Bangladesh. The program was inaugurated by Mr. Muhammad Qayyum, Managing Director of Bata Bangladesh in presence of Mr. M. Habibur Rahman, Head of HR and all others Departmental Heads. Eighteen participants from various departments were attended in the program. The course has been conducted by Ms. Elena Rizzo, Organization & Development Manager, Bata Brands SA and International Trainer, Mr. Jim Livingstone, Head of Training & Development, NORTHPOINT, Singapore. The total program was coordinated by Mr. Md. Emdadul Karim, Organization Development Manager, BATA Bangladesh.
Emotional Intelligence, Effective Recruitment System & Strategic Planning was key discussion point of the program. Identify and manage our emotions and those around us was the objective of the Emotionally Intelligence Training. The Effective Recruitment was aimed to develop the participants on how to recruit high-performance employees. Develop and implement effective strategies was the core objective of the Effective Strategic training. The course was very interactive with presentation, role-play, simulation, case studies, games & fun and evaluation.
To motivate and energies the participants there was a closing dinner in a local hotel on 7th November, 2012 with full of enjoyment and learning.
At the end of the five days long program certificate was awarded among all participants by Mr. Muhammad Qayyum, Managing Director of Bata Bangladesh. Head of HR, Bata Bangladesh and the facilitators expected the participants will be more patience, determined and inspired to give their best to Bata to develop and expand the business around the world. The Managing Director said the participants might develop themselves by their strong wisdom and bring the best to the company.
